Damage During Freight

We always take extra precautionary steps and measures to assure your shipment is delivered safely and on time, but we also understand that some shipments do arrive damaged on rare occassions, and we're here to help. We require photo documentation of claimed damages to be submitted to us, so we may analyze and assess the damages, in order to determine if damage can be resolved through part replacement, and if not, to determine credit/partial-refund amount to issue.

Certified Technician Service

We can make arrangements for service from a certified technician & if the appliance is deemed defective we can also help make arrangements to get a return label & schedule an appointment for the return delivery pick-up.

Refund Arrangements

Once the appliance arrives in our warehouse, we’ll assess the damage & process the refund to go back into the account you used to make your purchase. You may also ask for a replacement and get a new product.

We go through great ordeal to double package appliances to ensure they arrive with no damage. For this reason if you must return the item(s), we have to charge you a 20% re-stocking fee for the cost of original prepping and shipping plus the cost of shipping it back to us.

Diligent Notification

We require that you get in touch with us with any issues as soon as your appliance arrives in the mail. If we don’t hear from you after 5 days of delivery, we won’t be able to remedy the issue.

Re-Packaging

When returning the appliance back to us, it must be reasonably protected and packaged with the original factory packaging material, it is your responsibility to re-package the item.

Inspect The Delivery

Be sure to fully inspect the package & content upon receiving it. Do not dispose of the original packaging material before doing so because we'd like to streamline resolving issues as quickly as possible.

You must refuse the delivery if the package has visible damage. It’s advised that you know your rights as a customer. You may have the delivery man/woman wait while you take the time to and inspect for damages.

Processing a Return

While we honor all returns of damaged orders received within 30 days, we do charge a $20 processing fee. If you order from us – we want to make sure your new appliance works great & looks great. We’ll re-ship your order, however our carriers & the manufacturers require us to follow specific guidelines.

Cosmetic Damage

Minor cosmetic damage is not applicable to a full refund/replacement; however, such instances may be subject to: part replacement, partial refund, damage allowance, or store credit. Method of reimbursement is to be determined through evaluation of claimed damage(s).

Warranty Disclaimer

According to Federal Law Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act (P.L. 93-637) All Appliance manufacturers must be given the opportunity to attempt to repair any of their appliances before it can be returned or exchanged.
